What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture items?
Most of our curated furniture pieces ship within 5-7 business days. For larger items requiring White Glove Delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and scheduled in-home setup.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor?
Currently, CIRCA ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and accessories?
We accept returns on unused textiles, lighting, and decor within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Quality and ethics are at the heart of CIRCA. 90% of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed materials to ensure a minimal environmental footprint.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for larger home investments.
